Kim has experience representing and advising clients on a broad range of issues, including employment matters, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract claims, and general business disputes. She has represented clients in federal and state court and before various administrative agencies. Through her commitment to pro-bono work, Kim has also provided assistance to clients in connection with landlord-tenant disputes, custody and support matters and civil rights litigation.
Before joining Coburn & Greenbaum, Kim was an associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, where she was a member of the Business Litigation and Insurance Groups, and served on the pro-bono committee and associates counsel.
Kim received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and has a Bachelor of Arts in Government Science and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia, the Eastern District of Virginia and Maryland.
